Bookings will be confirmed upon the payment of a deposit, equal to up to one-third of the total amount of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer. Guests who fail to arrive forfeit their deposit.

Upon arrival, I.D. (identity card, passport, driving license) is required for registration and formalities required by law.

In the event of late arrival and/or early departure the whole stay must be paid for in full.

We accept cash, cash card and credit card.

Check in is available from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
We are a family-run establishment and therefore our reception hours are limited, if you wish to check in at another time, please contact us in advance.
Check out is before 10:00 am to allow us to clean the room in preparation for other guests arriving that day.
We kindly ask that guests honour the timetable in order to allow us to manage the facility and provide our customers with better service.
We do not provide a left-luggage service.

Keys are provided to guests upon arrival and must be returned upon departure to the owners, ELENA and SILVIA, who will check that no theft or damage of any kind has occurred, which must be compensated immediately.
If you lose the key, you will be charged an additional fee of € 100.00.

The breakfast buffet is served from 8 am to 10 am with homemade cakes and pastries.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room and in the common areas.
We kindly ask that you adjust the volume of the television so that it does not disturb the other guests.
We kindly ask you to maintain silence from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 10 pm to 9 am to allow the other guests to rest.
Daily housekeeping is carried out from 10 am to 12 noon. If you stay in your room until 1 pm, your room will not be cleaned.
The bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days and once a week for stays of 7 days. For an additional fee, guests may request a more frequent change or extra linens.
We kindly ask that you respect the environment and ensure that taps are turned off. Please do not discard of anything down the toilet or sink that could block the pipes.
Guests are not allowed to eat lunch or dinner in the rooms.

We kindly ask our guests not to entertain outsiders in the rooms; please advise us of any visits from relatives or friends in advance. We cannot be held responsible for any problems or damages arising from these visits.
The management declines any responsibility for items left unattended in both the room and the common areas.

The parking lot is unattended.

Pets are not allowed inside the property.
This regulation is in place because we have had unfortunately encountered people who did not show respect for other people, their hard work and their property, made possible through love and much personal sacrifice.
However, we would like to thank all those who appreciate and respect our environment.
